The Story Behind the Name

It started off with a simple question - Why do most solutions seem so impossible in order to create impactful change? The rest, is as they say, history.

Since 2016, we have been coming up with ideas based on the simple principals that:

  1. Nothing is impossible

  2. A solution never has to be difficult to implement

  3. Forget the sky, aim for the moon when it comes to solutions

  4. At the end of the day, we are working for and with people, so they are where we start

Since then, we have created processes, solutions, experiences, and more that continue to have an impacting change long after we work with a team or organization.

So now, why the name Clarus. Because we like our solutions to shine a light while being distinct, evident, and clear. We could have picked some ingenious name, but being the nerdy people we are, we took it back to Latin - Clarus the root word for Clarity.
